CLEANING TIPS
Although shades are a low maintenance window covering option, keeping them clean is still a priority. Everyone is human and accidents do happen, especially when young ones are around. Dust and fingerprints on many of the fabrics can simply be cleaned with a damp cloth. Mild soap can be used in some instances, however, use caution when using soaps as this can discolor fibers depending on the fabric.
NEVER USE CLEANING AGENTS THAT CONTAIN BLEACH.
Compressed air is another option that we have found that works quite well when something is stuck in the fibers. Magic eraser cleaning sponge and similar products work well depending on the type of stain or blemish. Hydrogen Peroxide wipes have also been very effective in some instances.

MANUFACTURE
Brighton Shades manufactures its own line of custom shades. Brighton Shades are manufactured using high quality components from Louvolite as well as fabrics from Mermet, Phifer and many more. Our ability to manufacture allows us to offer an endless amount of options to our customers.
All of our shades are manufactured in Brighton, MI using our state of the art Louvolite Shade table which allows for 100% accuracy for each order.
SUPPLY
As well as manufacturing our own product line, Brighton Shades is also a supplier of the top brands in the industry. Brighton Shades has the ability to supply and install brands such as HunterDouglas, Norman, Horizons and RollEase. We have years of experience in dealing with these reputable brands, and if Brighton Shades is not able to meet your needs within our product line we are more than willing to provide other brands. Our goal is to meet your needs based on your vision.
Brighton shades also offers motorization for all of its shades. Motorization is a wonderfully convenient application as well as meets and exceeds all child safety standards. We have several options to offer in the lines of motorization, including Somfy & Louvolite.
INSTALL
The installation of your window treatments is the culmination of our efforts and your vision. Our staff of experienced installers have been extensively trained and are extremely knowledgeable regarding the products we provide. Each installer follows strict company protocol when it comes to entering your home or business.
Our installers are courteous, prompt and tidy. Installation can take place at your convenience or as scheduled by a contractor. Included during installation will be a walk through on operation and maintenance of products installed. Upon completion of installation, Brighton Shades would like to leave only one reminder of us being there; and that is the beautiful window treatments we install.
